Well in feb conditions are not best in Brazil.
Looking for superb kitesurf destination in north side of south america.
Important for me would be flat water(lagoons for example) and constant wind 15-25knots avg.
Also it would be important to have good nigthlife at city close to spot, not too expencive and nice looking eazy going girls
What would be best recommendations? I never been on this side of earth.

Cartagena, Colombia should be nice! Basically all you are looking for!
Brazil not in the Northeast...but maybe somewhere down the coast could be nice...search for wind stats Natal or Recife.

Hey Toby. Yes im same guy whos talking with you about same subject in messanger.
Yes Cartagena seems to be good place for nightlife and women, but i can not find good flat water spots there, what you had in mind?
Theres a lake in Galerazamba and possibly some other flat water spots between Cartagena and barranquilla but these places are not probably good for acommodation so it would mean like 1+1h drive every day.
As i understand, theres flat water spots in/near barranquilla.
Cabo de la Vela seems to be nice if there are rescue boats(i use foil kite) but city is to small probably.
So still thinking what might be best combination.

I can't know for certain that I have a perfect overview, but before Covid I always travelled in that part of the year. I have spent endless hours online browsing boards like this etc. to find the perfect windy spot in that area for jan-mar, but I never found it. Cabarete is cool, but apart from one spot slightly away from the village there is no really flat water (and not sure if foil works there - probably not). And unfortunately the wind isn't great - even if I had one year with wind almost every day for more than 3 weeks.
If you want to combine nightlife and kiting then I think Toby's recommendation is probably as good as it gets. It won't be perfect, but I don't think the perfect place exists in that area at that time of the year.

Yes, best flat water near Barranquila.
But, there is a tiny spot at the south corner of Cartagena....wonder is off-shore. At the jetty...gusty if you go too far to the left.

Did you mean Castillogrande? Are there rescue boats at spot? Other spots near Cartagena are less flat than Boracay for example? (i know you been there
)
