I guess he means they are making their kites in the EU since 2017.
They first started with boards, kites came later, don’t know which year though.

They have been making their kites in the EU since 2017.
So they're from 1999, not 2017, right? That's what their website says. And I used to use their kites.
They started with boards, then start desiging kites in 2010 I believe, made in China, and from 2017 onwards they started making kites in their own factory in Slovakia. Should say that somewhere on the website.
