Very strong riders list on the men side. Almost all the big names are there and it will be very interesting to see the young Principi, Casati, Ceruti and others face Richman, Jacob, Langeree....

On the female side, I'm stoke to see Angely and Mikaili both competing. We may see the first kiteloop board off during this competition.

My main concern is the organisation. How on earth will they be able to run a 24 men fleet (just for Twintip) and then the women and then Strapless (men and women) and finally hydrofoil ????
I know it is a 2 weeks windows but june/july is not the most windy period in Tarifa. They can have 10 straight days of Poniente.

Nevertheless, I really hope they get strong wind for this event !

True, let's keep fingers crossed.

And I hope it's not at the same spot where the rocks are....

Toby ; almost certainly it will be the same spot . It’s where the big air events always are in Tarifa
“ this event will host 72 big air warriors, going head-to-head outside of old town Tarifa at Balneario”

Those rocks are mainly located very close to the beach. The twintip riders passes near them in order to catch the kickers. But for hydrofoil, they most likely will ride more offshore and avoid them.

The more I look to the rider's list, the more I think it can be the biggest event of the year.
