I love my edge v9 11 but I get elbow ace from it after a session. It developed over time - saying I get old …. I was on my 8Pivot so far most of the season and did not have a single issue although I loop it constantly.
What options do I have ? Realistically there are only a few as I see it. XR / Orbit / …
Any guidance for low bar pressure? Thanks.

Have you tried v10 and v11 edge? I haven't tried v9 but v10 and v10 bar pressure is light in my opinion

I don't mind the bar pressure on the Edge V11, but I wouldn't say it is light - medium maybe? I never ridden a Pivot though so can't compare it.
Orbit I believe is known for having a light bar pressure.

Elbow ache is possibly tennis/golfers elbow which is a grip strength problem. You can solve this by building up your grip strength fairly easily (though as its a tendonitis pain it will take a few months for the pain to completely disappear). I've done this with about 2 months of 5 minutes a day exercise. Now I only know the bar forces are high because I get fore-arm pump (worse if you kite in thick wetsuits and gloves than in the summer) which you can sort of shake out mid session.
By reputation, Rebels, XRs, Hypes have heavy bar pressure. Edges and Orbits have medium bar pressure and Flysurfer souls/Sonics have light bar pressure. A foil kite might be an option for the biggest kite in the quiver if you don't want to pull powered loops.

Maybe try a Flite. Pretty light on the bar but not sure how it compares to Edge bar pressure.

I had a huge flite years ago and did not like that. Will try a soul as there are a few around and I actually started on fly surfers 20+years ago.
Training: I kited a lot with the 11 last year and always had trouble with my elbows after long or big sessions. Something I forgot about while riding the Pivot and now got painfully reminded. That actually also made it clear that I should probably let ok for a different kite.

In my experience the Aluula kites from OR have extremely low bar pressure, even less then foil kites.
If you dont't want a foil kite for some reason and have an big piggy bank try to demo one.
