Duotone Click Bar Winding Post Rubber Cord Repair

Postby alricrahl » Sun Sep 25, 2022 12:42 pm

Hello everyone,

The rubber cords on my 2022 Click Bar has been thinning quite fast.

One side was ripped apart after just 20 sessions,

and the other one is almost on the verge of ripping.

Anyone did repairs on these? I can attach and knot some other rubber band maybe but any durable recommendations?

I should say, this is quite ridiculous to have it ripped off after 20 sessions when I have some other "will not disclose brand" bars that hold strong after many many sessions of use...

I’ve had one break in my five years of using click bars. I’d contact duotone and see if they will send you a new pair under warranty.

You can cut the bungee off at the end and burn a new blob that slides into the clip. You need to push the rubber middle out of clip first.
