A quick positive review based on a recent experience:
Received very quick and correct replies from Julian at Surfpirates.
Ordered, paid, and a few days later kite was delivered from Germany to Belgium in perfect condition.
They also arranged a direct VAT return without any hassle.
Overall a positive experience, will order from them again.
