Why don't you ask a good shaper in your area for an estimate of the repair? You will probably end up with a better and cheaper repair than if you go, buy the materials and do it yourself, since from your questions I assume you have no idea of what a repair like that involves. As i said, I would recomend removing the fin box after glueing the two halves together. It will be much easier to ensure a perfect reconstruction of the bottom deck if glued first, before removing the box.
