Where to kite in Croatia in July?

Where is it good wind conditions in Croatia in July?
If the spot is good for beginners also, It might be a good start for my son.

I don't think anything changed since than...The only thing might be the traffic jams on a fricken Schengen border(s), but if you're flying in to Dubrovnik (DU), no probs. I would definitely fly in and rent a car in DU and gear in Viganj or Neretva.

There is a Nerona Museum near Metkovic, a must to visit, as well as soooo many other places to chill out, inc DU.

The wind, however, is a bit touch and go. But with that many places around to visit, you'll be ok with killing some time. Btw, if you're keen to visit Viganj and Korcula for kiting, way better is to go via Ploce on a ferry and back. Ferry to Trpanj, than it's a close drive to Viganj and Orebic. That way you're avoiding crossing BiH-HR border which is a long and scary drive (think abyss on a road side to Orebic).
