As other have answered, there have been seperate forums for this the last almost 5 years
So it can hardly clog up the kiting forum as there is only one single post by accident by one who did not know about the hydrofoil forum, amongst the last 70 posts on page 1 t.ex
I think you are entering through this page http://www.kiteforum.com thus you will see the posts from all forums, especially those with lots of activity.
Enter daily via the link to what you are interested in yourself, say this one (the "old" classic one) Kiteforum Kitesurfing and you will get rid of almost all other posts about foilkites and hydrofoil
