It took me like 5min to get into my boots last weekends. It was really difficult to get my heel in while the waves weren't make it easier to keep the balance. Does anybody know a good trick like using lubricate?

Wear socks. Sounds stupid I know but I wear systems and all ways wear socks. If its a tricky spot for getting into the systems I just leave the boot loose and put them in the bindings with the ratchets loose as well. Once in the water I can slide my feet in them and just ratchet down while riding.

Get new boots. The majority of boots today completely open up and don't need any lube. Save the lube for the bedroom

your boots are too tight. You can stretch them out but I would probably just buy new ones.

I had systems and found easy way to get in.
I used to put them facing upwind instead downwind.
Meaning, the kite stays sideways on the left or right neutral, thus you could easily squat to tighten the rachet. I even used to put my knee on the board. The kite, on the other hand doesn't pull being in the neutral and it's very easy to get in. The point though is to turn yourself into starting position. Small hop helps or you could just sit and turn around on your butt...

I use the sock trick for getting into my wetsuit every time I put it on. Polyester socks slide better.
Also try getting longer laces that let the tongue open further.

Getting in is not a problem unless the tide is up. One of the spots have rocks on the shore so this puts my head under water trying to put the boots in the binding. Most of the time I just slip the toes in and can put the ankle straps on while riding.
As far as the socks go nothing works better. I started using socks before I even switched to systems. In the winter I have a pair of neoprene socks even.
